Processing Time
Before shipping your order, normally niugululidya needs 1-5 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items, so the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Arrives in 8-15 business days (It depends on where you are and customs clearance speed)

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery time by your address and order. We may ship your order with separate packages, items that have inventory will be shipped first.

Return Time Range
If you need to return an item purchased on our website, you can return it to the address our customer service provides to you, within 15 days from the items you recieved.

Return Cost
Customer return is free of charge under these circumstances:
Item is damaged or faulty due to our fault.

If you want to return an item under other circumstances, you will need to pay delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.

Return address
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service at service@niugululidya.com and asking for warehouse address for you to return the item.

We have multiple warehouses around the world to stock different products, the return address varies depending on the products. In some cases, you may need to pay a higher shipping fee when returning product(s) the cost must be covered by you according to the return policy.

Refund
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue the refund by the original payment method of the order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement, due to different banking institution policies.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange a purchased item, you need to send a request to our customer service at service@niugululidya.com within 15 days from the items you recieved, We will resend the items to you after we receive the package you returned.

You may need to pay delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.

Fair Use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns or exchanges activities from you, we might have to decline any further requests from you. In these circumstances, if you return purchases items to our warehouse, you won’t get refund or exchange items, and we will not cover any loss you may have.

★ Precautions:
1. Only 1 exchange request can be done at a time for the same order.
2. Exchange request may not be granted if the purchased item is no longer available.
3. The customer shall return the product to the designated address. We will provide you with return information via email. Upon receipt of the return, we will arrange a full refund for you.
4. Return orders require that the order number be written on the outside of the package.
5.The item should be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered by the customer.
